Calendar Terms of Use

Developer: Lexcv Limited (a company registered in England and Wales).
Version: 6 October 2026.
These Terms apply to your use of the calendar application and any related services (the “Service”).

Important: The Service helps you create, view, and manage events and reminders. You accept that you are responsible for verifying all dates, times, attendees, locations, and other details and checking those arrangements in advance before relying on them.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who we are

The developer of the Service is Lexcv Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).

3. The Service

We provide a server-backed calendar service for events, reminders, public profiles, contacts, sharing and synchronisation. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

4. Your account and responsibilities

4A. Your data and service instructions

By using the Service, you agree to Lexcv Limited processing your information for the purposes and in the manner described in the Privacy Policy, also available from the app's main drawer. This includes storing account and calendar information on servers, synchronising it across your devices, international server replication, processing reminders, displaying public profile information and disclosing shared information to the audiences authorised through the relevant service functions. Review the audience and permissions before publishing or sharing. If you do not agree to the processing necessary to provide the Service, do not use the Service.

This agreement covers the described service processing, not unrelated purposes. It is subject to applicable law and does not waive statutory privacy rights or replace legally required permissions or international-transfer safeguards. Where those requirements are not met, the affected processing must not take place and the relevant function may be unavailable. Your rights, including any applicable right to withdraw consent, are explained in the Privacy Policy.

You must have a lawful basis for supplying other people's information and obtain their permission where required. Your agreement does not constitute another person's consent. Do not publish information you want kept private or upload unnecessary sensitive information.

5. Fees

The monthly subscription price applicable to you, as displayed by the payment platform through which you subscribe (for example, Google Play), is referred to in these Terms as “the Fee”. The Fee is not a fixed worldwide price: it may differ between customers according to their country or jurisdiction, currency, subscription plan, applicable taxes, offer or discount. The payment platform displays the price, currency, billing period and applicable taxes before you confirm your purchase.

By confirming a subscription purchase, you agree to pay the Fee charged through that payment platform and authorise charges according to the billing and renewal terms shown to you. If you do not agree to that price, do not complete the purchase. Renewals, cancellations and any price changes are subject to the payment platform's terms and applicable law, including any required advance notice or acceptance of a price change.

Where a subscription is billed for several months at once, the Fee means the monthly equivalent: the subscription price for that billing period divided by the number of months it covers. The Fee includes applicable taxes charged on the subscription but excludes separate bank or currency-conversion charges. During a free trial, the Fee means the monthly price disclosed for the paid period following the trial; this definition does not authorise a charge during the free trial.

5A. Subscription status and device identifier

To operate subscriptions and free trials, the Service may communicate with Lexcv servers hosted on lexcv.co. In doing so, the Service may send a device identifier and receive information needed to determine whether a subscription is active and/or whether a free trial is available. This may include storing the time a device identifier was first registered.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including by interfering with its normal operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using it in a way that violates applicable law.

7. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Disclaimers specific to scheduling and calendar outcomes

The Service is provided to assist with scheduling and reminders. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any losses arising from mis-scheduling of events, missed appointments, late arrivals, no-shows, double-bookings, incorrect reminders or notifications, time-zone errors, synchronization issues, or any other calendar or scheduling errors, failures, or malfunctions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, restitution, or otherwise) will not exceed three (3) times the Fee. For this calculation, the Fee is the monthly amount defined in section 5 that applied to your subscription immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, in the currency charged by your payment platform. This limit is subject to section 11 and does not restrict any liability or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

10. Excluded losses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for: loss of profits; loss of business; loss of revenue; loss of goodwill; loss of anticipated savings; loss of opportunity; or any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary losses, even if foreseeable or if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.

11. Non-excludable liabilities

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections, data-protection rights or rights to complain to a regulator.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe suspension is necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law. A change to these Terms does not itself provide consent for a new use of personal information.

14. Governing law and exclusive jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

You and Lexcv Limited agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction and that the courts of England and Wales are the exclusive venue for any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.

15. Contact
